Rates and Insurance

Below you’ll find current rates for individual therapy and professional services. If you have questions about insurance, payment, or custom services, I’m happy to help.

Rates

Individual Sessions:

  • Initial Sessions/Intake- $175

  • Subsequent Sessions- $150

    Initial sessions are 60 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes.

Life Coaching

  • Rate: $100–$150 per hour

Clinical Supervision

  • Rate: $60 per hour

Insurance

Coverage for psychotherapy services varies depending on your health insurance provider and plan. Please contact your insurance company directly to learn how your benefits apply.

Here are some helpful questions to ask when checking your coverage:

  • Does my plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible, and if so, has it been met?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year?

  • Do I need prior authorization from my primary care physician?

I am considered an out‑of‑network provider. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service. If your plan offers out‑of‑network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request.

Payment

I accept cash, and all major credit cards. Payments can also be made securely through this website.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session rate.
